Account going into negatives instead of using cover
Hi all!!!
First time posting on here but I'm curious has anyone had on their koho account where it goes into the negatives once your 'spendable' balance is gone instead of deducting from your cover fee??
Recently this started happening to me in the last 2 months. My account will just keep going negative balance instead of using my $250 cover fee??
Not sure how to fix this or change it or is this a new feature?!
Hoping to get answers couldn't get any on the app/website!
