So I installed this behemoth of a machine yesterday. It's supposed to mow 349m2. It starts mowing the sides and then it jump to only 59m2 to mow. Eventually it only lows the area seen in the screenshot. It has latest firmware, I tried multiple patterns.
I tried letting in mow on a schedule this night, and it didn't even drive out.
Any suggestions?
I recieved my brand new KR276 this week. For reference, I am in Canada and have previously owned a Husqvarna automower for the past 8 years. I purchased my KR276 via an authorized dealer, who admittedly had yet to sell one of the new models. While the mobile app and quick start instructions could use a bit more refining, the process to set it up was simple, and straightforward. Auto map and manual correction to the boundary of my yard was straightforward as well. The accuracy of the RTK is incredible. I did hit a snag when I noticed that the mower would only mow the border of my yard when I asked it to do parallel cuts. After some googling, I learned that the dealer needs to activate the unit, which was not done. Once the dealer activated my unit remotely, this thing when into high gear and mowed my entire yard in about 6 hours (.8 of an acre total). This unit is a beast. The AI/Vslam is great and works well. It’s really a smart unit. I’ve even had two neighbours comment to me on how nice the stripes in the yard look. Of course, I’m in the honeymoon phase right now, but I’m incredibly happy with this purchase. I do need to find it a “garage” to protect it from the rain/elements.
Hasn’t arrived yet but I’ll post again once I have some experience under my belt.
