Greetings, my fellow Kuro fans! So, some time ago I stated that I would be dropping a WuWa scaling in the subreddit. And much as I did state, I shall do as well~

So, let's get started with the basic idea of what it is going to be about: as you all may know already, most of the people who might be viewing this scaling are not aware of how high tier scaling works in the first place. So as a result, I cannot include the complex topics from WuWa in this blog post. What I shall be explaining here would be the scaling of frequencies itself and therefore the scaling that the characters/resonators/frequency manipulators get from it.

First things first: What exactly are frequencies?
Frequencies are, in the simplest of terms, the essence of phenomenon in Wuthering Waves. It is the all-encompassing in the truest sense of the word since it encompasses everything including matter, information, concepts, laws, etc.

Now the question is, how do we scale it?
The answer can be a little complex but fret not, this should be the easiest way to explain how to scale frequencies.

The above scan’s text translates to: Tuning refers to the regulation of frequencies. On Solaris, frequency is the primary criterion for judging all things, and adjusting frequencies equates to probing the essence of phenomena. By tuning the astral charts, the Black Coast traces and analyzes the nature of the Lament. In the history of the Black Coast, only one individual has ever been granted the title of "Tuner."
(obviously the term “tuner” is actually written as “modulator” in the official English version)

with this we can atleast ascertain that frequencies truly are the essence and not a physical property.

moving on, let’s look at another scan:

as we can tell from the above presented scans, frequencies truly do encompass and bind everything (Including abstract spatial structures)

moving on, let’s talk about one more thing that I think would be of interest to everyone:

This scan right here explains that existence is anchored in feelings, thoughts and memories itself. It was once again proven later on when we saw that upon iuno’s removal from the manifested reality the memories itself were altered completely and upon being erased by aleph 1 at the level of one’s essence the being who is erased no longer leaves memories. All in all, memories anchor existence and that is a fact.

Now guess what, even those are frequencies! The very fact that memory type resonators exist is proof enough that even those are encompassed by frequencies.

Furthermore, chaos, in itself, is not beyond frequencies either. And what is chaos? Well, take a look:

I don’t think I need to explain further. You all should be smart enough to know what Chaos is by now.

and that should tell you that even concepts are encompassed by frequencies. Need I say more?

Furthermore, the existence of space and time resonators should tell you that those are encompassed by frequencies as well which is its essence (as should be clear from Chisa’s report already)

conclusion: as we can tell from the above mentioned scans and statements related to it, Frequencies encompass everything as their essence including concepts, laws, substance and possibilities and thus is fundamentally above (i.e. more fundamental) than space and time itself as concepts. As such there is no reason to deny an outerversal scaling to frequencies under any conditions.

So, I am quite new to this whole reddit thingy and from what I can see, most of the time the hoyoshills make their headcanons spin round and round in their own scaling sub but on the other hand most of the kuro fans are actually unaware of how strong WuWa verse truly is because most people are used to believing that big flashy feats = more power (which is not true in all cases).
So, I wish to put down a scaling here for everyone to read who haven't scaled WuWa yet and are unaware of its true might. Just let me know whether you all wish to have it or not.
