I am a SAPUI5 and BTP developer with 5 years and 3 months experience. I have offer from Deloitte USI with 18 fixed + 1.8 variable + 1 lakh bonus.
I have another offer from LTM with 20.5 fixed + 3 variable.

LTM is offering me the highest but everywhere I see there is no SAP projects in LTM and I will be mostly benched. In Deloitte USI the scope for SAP is great but horrible wlb.

I am really confused now. My joining date is 13th July. Please share some insights.

Is it true that ltm currently doesn't have projects so it is not giving onboarding to 2026 batch students for role graduate engineer trainee ?
