Will the people who got only the leadership connect session will they get a chance to get onboarded in September!

I have a offer letter from ltm for 2026 batch but did not get joining yet so instead of seating and relax at home i joined a bpo company for some money because i have some financial problem. Just want to know that if i’ll join ltm after the joining will come, what do u guyss think, they should not have any problem with my previous employment because in offer letter they didn’t mentioned any clause that you should join any company before…just want to know opinions..🫠

LTM 10th eligibility – ICSE 59% overall, 67% Best of 5

I’m looking for information from people who have firsthand experience with LTM’s recruitment process.
I’m from the **ICSE board**. My **overall Class 10 percentage is 59%**, while my **Best of 5 percentage is 67%**.

I wanted to ask:
Does LTM consider the **overall aggregate** or the **ICSE Best of 5** for the 60% eligibility requirement?

Has anyone with a similar academic profile successfully cleared document verification?

Hi all, looking for people who've been through this recently.

Timeline so far:

• Cleared all interview rounds
• Selection/offer-process email received
• Pre-offer documents submitted on 21 July 2026
• BGV completed on 1 August 2026
• RippleHire status has stayed at "Document submitted. Awaiting review & approval" this whole time, no other update

I've followed up with HR by email once, no response yet. Just trying to understand:

1. Is a 3+ week wait at this exact stage (pre-offer doc review, before offer release) typical for LTIM right now?
2. For those who got through this stage, how long before the offer letter actually came?
3. Anything specific worth following up on, or is this just normal queue time?

Not in a rush to vent, genuinely just trying to calibrate whether to keep waiting or push harder. Thanks for any real experiences.
