Wrongly refunded merch.
So I ordered the cd's and i didnt receive a confirmation email so i texted them why if its an error and they refunded the whole order for no reason. Like i just asked bc i was woried its an error bc they didnt text me and sudenly now they cancel the whole order saying "we refunded ur order!" I never sayd anything about that?..i never ordered from them and im from czech my English is not that good
I just wanted to ask if anyone has some tips and also this is a WARNING if u masage them be cearfull bc asking about an email not coming throw is apparently a "refund".
Sorry if i seem a bit rude im just really sad and mad about it it was supposed to be for my b-day thas in October...
