I'm 22, run a landscaping business, and me and my buddy built our own software because every app out there sucked

Not trying to sell anything here, mods can nuke it if this crosses a line, but I figured this crowd would actually get it.

Been running my crew a couple years and the mowing was never the hard part. It was the office side. 9pm invoices at the kitchen table, chasing guys who still hadn't paid for jobs I did three weeks ago, rebuilding the whole route every Sunday. I tried Jobber, tried Yardbook, tried a couple of these new "AI" apps, and they were either a clunky brick or 200 a month and still couldn't do the thing I actually needed.

So me and my buddy built our own. Simple idea: instead of clicking through 40 menus you just talk to it. "Invoice everyone I haven't billed this week." It drafts them, I check it, hit send, every customer gets it by text with a card link. "Build next week's route from my house." Done, best order, rain flagged. I approve everything, it does the grunt work.

Wasn't planning to sell it, then every landscaper who saw it wanted in, so now some other guys run on it and tell me they're getting 5-6 hours a week back.

Anyway, genuinely curious what everyone here uses for the office side and what you'd never give up. Happy to show what we built if anyone wants, but mostly just want to talk shop.
