Need your help to make a decision.
Quick background: I'm an expat, in the Netherlands for about 3.5 years now. Spent most of that time in Amstelveen, then moved to Almere about 6 months ago. I work in Amsterdam, so commute is a big part of my decision-making.
I'm looking at an apartment on Agoraweg in the Waagpassage area of Lelystad: Agoraweg 113 — 81 m², asking €350,000 k.k. (originally €405,000), which works out to about €4,321/m².
My questions for people who know the area:
Does €4,321/m² sound fair for Lelystad city center, or expensive for what this area usually goes for?
How's the Waagpassage/center neighborhood to live in — safety, noise, general vibe?
Overall — worth it at this price, or would you hold out for something else?
Would appreciate any honest input, especially from people living in or near Lelystad center

Ik heb heel lang getwijfeld om dit te posten. Door een nare samenloop van omstandigheden ben ik sinds 2 april j.l. mijn appartement kwijt geraakt. Sinds die tijd slaap ik op straat. Hierbij ben ik alle MO's in Flevoland afgegaan en er is geen enkele MO die plek heeft op korte termijn.
Nou heb ik ook een schrijnende situatie. Ik heb Diabetes en het op straat leven, levert mij nu al complicaties op.
Ook heb ik het niet zo breed om altijd te kunnen eten in de openbare ruimte; omdat dit duurder is dan zelf koken.
Door mijn dakloosheid heb ik ook al een aantal dagen niet geslapen of fatsoenlijk kunnen uitrusten.
Is er iemand met tips als de maatschappelijke opvang en de gemeente Lelystad je niet kunnen helpen?
Ik hoop dat ik bruikbare tips krijg.
