We know a lot of you did your research and had other options on the table — Away, Monos, Samsonite, whatever else was in the running. We're always curious what actually tipped the decision our way. Was it a specific feature, a price comparison, a review that convinced you, or just dumb luck finding a good deal?

No wrong answers, just want to know what's actually working so we know what to keep doing.

We build a lot into these bags, but we're always curious which parts actually earn their keep once you're living out of the suitcase versus which ones sound good on paper. For some of you it's probably the compression when you're packing for the trip home, for others it might be something smaller like the handle grip.

What's the one feature you'd genuinely miss if your next bag didn't have it?

We hear about a lot of trips secondhand through reviews, but we'd love to hear it straight from you. Longest flight, most countries in one trip, weirdest place you've ended up gate-checking it — tell us where your bag has been.
