I’m trying to sell two tickets for July 12th that I purchased via AXS and I was wondering what’s happening.

When I try to go to the resale via AXS myself I’m led to a waiting room that says it opens in 26481 days.

Does anyone know what’s happening here?

An ex friend bought me 2 tickets and herself 2 tickets for 11th July 26 Lewis Capaldi BST Hyde park.
I have transferred her the money months ago.
She says she is unable to transfer them to me. Is this correct- searching seems to say transfers are available via the BST app.
