I mean, some kind of measure to promote the sub and keep it alive. Does anyone here has any ideas? I've got nothing

First of all, thanks to everyone who gave me their feedback on my first attempt, I took your comments into account. Second, I nerfed my OC because my original kit was way too OP This time, I tried to make it more balanced and not as absurdly strong (hopefully I managed to do it this time).

Hey, Director of the East Section 1 here.

In order to kickstart discussion among the Liu, I propose we talk about certain strategies and means of dispatching enemies, for this week.

The way we fight, is essential to many things when it comes to battles. Because we are the Liu, the Association that focuses on all-out war, we must be able to adapt to a fighting style that is both coherent with our section, and comfortable for our selves.

Additionally, this is your wellness check to ensure that you are getting along with your section combat-wise. Future wellness checks will happen, and prompts will most likely be related to checking in on our sections.

As for actual questions, please introduce, discuss, and debate about the following:

1. The way you fight, (I.E, what kind of weapon / martial art you use),
2. Why you decided to pick up the way you fight,
3. How you utilize those means with your section, in order to maintain unity.

Category of News: Fingers

Members of the Fingers were spotted inside the basement of a God of the Index. Specific found fingers are: 4 Index (1 Messenger, 2 Proxies, 1 Weaver, 3 from the Pinky), 5 Pinky Stars, and 1 Thumb.

One member spotted was also found to be the ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜

They were seen trying to cook pasta, and had burnt water as they did. Damage to the kitchen's sink was found, and it should be noted that all of them were not particularly competent in any field of cooking--save for one of them, who had taken over the event and cooked dinner for the other Finger members.

There seemed to be no plans made between the various members of the Fingers. However, it is still not yet known why this gathering had started. It could not have been started by the Thumb to strengthen relations, as the only member from there there was ranked a Soldato.

Skills and Idealogy: I am a skilled swordsman, I wield, the Tianhui Star blade, an odachi, my ideology is clear as a member of the Pinky I pursue the virtue of humanity, I manifest humanity as helping altruistically

Additional notes: Although I am skilled with my odachi, my martial arts are not remarkable, I only know what I have learned in the backstreets.Also, I tend to finish battles quickly, as prolonged battles are tiring for me

I'm thinking of writing up a short paragraph of a Great Sister from H Corp in the narration of an Uptie Story, the premise/flow is that:
- Someone is invited to her residence, possibly that of a Fixer wanting to hold an interview (Or just anyone who wants to visit for whatever reason) because she is rather friendly and open to visitors
- They watch the Night Of The Backstreets from above at her residence, being one of the visibly taller buildings in the H Corp Backstreets
- Intruder(s) break in just as said visitor asks about the massive sword covered in chains on her back, she makes quick work of most of the intruders before staggering back despite not injured, what's left tries to take a hit at her before visitor manages to finish them off
- A few more lines about the sword, then conclusion of story

Requiring someone to put as said visitor for the story
