Flock cameras have been popping up all over Loveland recently and I'd like to know if anyone is aware of a city council meeting where citizens were asked for their input prior to signing this contract?

Admittedly, I don't get to attend the meetings because of my work schedule. I'm curious to know if the general feedback was pro-Flock or if the city did this without any input from anyone.
