The second big cart does not exist

Hi im new to Reddit so if I’m doing anything wrong here I’m sorry in advance and English is not my first language so ignore any misspelling, so my problem is in the concert/piano boss area (level 4) I know from my last time playing it (a year ago so I’m probably not remembering some things right) that you can plug your vacuum in the socket to make it stronger and then you can suck the walls down but it’s not working?, I already removed the ghost from the dressing room and uncovered the piano with the multicolored light ( I don’t remember the name sorry) so in theory it should work but somehow it doesn’t, am I just dumb or is my game bugging?.
