For exercises like this should I count each movement of a hand as 1 rep or when both hands do their weight is it one rep

Whenever I try to access my saved workouts it doesn’t show up with anything, and if I try to add one manually it doesn’t sync. I’ve been using Lyfta for about 2 months and it’s randomly stopped working.
