Hey, I'm trying to find a fanfic on AO3
It's about Wei Wuxian being accused of assaulting a woman at the banquet after the hunt. The night before, he was drunk, and he was escorted back to his room by Lan Wangji. After he was accused, he told Jiang Cheng he had a plan. At this point, the wen are safe in cloud recesses. He travels there to see if Wen Ning will pretend to be his lover. Wen Qing tells him it won't work and that he needs to be at the bottom. Lan Wangji offers to pretend to be his lover, and they travel back to Jinlintai for the trial. On the way back, they come up with a believable story on how they have been lovers, using events that have actually happened, so that Lan Wangji doesn't lie. They also practice being lovers . I can’t remember the name of this fic !!!

Any recs for (modern au) Lan Zhan who has lost Wei Ying for whatever reason (not dead...suspected is fine!) and the fic is majorily him suffering, depressed, or just canon LZ mourning whilst getting on with his life & Wei Ying returns in the end.

hi, I'm looking for what I thought was a really famous fic but it has seemingly vanished? it was an arranged marriage fic with Wei Ying moving to the CR and the whole fic had this persistent theme of him gradually disappearing, losing himself to the suppression of the CR with Lan Zhan just not really noticing or understanding what was going on. it was super angsty and didn't have a traditionally happy ending. I do remember that the author later did a commentary on the fic as well, where they added their own thoughts and intentions into the bulk of the fic.

it was a one-shot if I remember right, but quite long. any help would be appreciated, thank you ❤️
