Hello, I’m subletting my 1 BR apartment at 320 S. Baldwin St. #315. My current lease runs until 7/31/26 and I’ve signed a renewal from 8/1/26 to 7/31/27. I would like to sublease my apartment for a 7/24/26 to 8/15/26 move in-date, through the rlease end date of 7/31/27.

Lease term - Start between 7/24/26 and 8/15/26 and end 7/31/27.
Size: 642 square feet
Amenities: Washer and dryer, tub, dishwasher, balcony
Rent: The rent is $1600/mo.
Rent includes internet and trash/sewer/water/gas. Resident is responsible for electricity (between $40 - $70/mo, depending on season and usage)
Parking: Is available in a heated underground garage for $150/mo, but there is free street parking in the neighborhood.
Pet Fee: Up to 2 pets - $100 deposit

The neighborhood is close to Atwood, Willy St, Madison College, the east side and 3 miles from downtown Madison. There are lots of bike trails and restaurants nearby!

Rent is $1660, your share would be $830. Internet is included and utilities costs are low. Free laundry & storage in the basement, with one parking spot in the back but plenty of street parking.

Currently shared with my roommate, F 25 and her sweet cat. She works full-time and is a student, so you will have the place alone to yourself lots!

Hi! I am currently looking for someone to takeover my lease, as I am moving to the Boston area and am unable to stay until the lease end date. The apartment is a 1 Bed, 1 Bath unit on the second floor of Covered Bridge Residences in DeForest, WI. Just a 5 minute drive from downtown Sun Prairie, DeForest, or Windsor, and 10 minutes from Madison's east side. Building is pet friendly, has underground parking ($75/mo), and has various community spaces available for use. Future expansion will include more amenities, set to begin construction later this year. Property is gated and requires fob access for building entry.

The lease dates are August 1st 2026 through July 31st, 2027. As I am looking to find a lease takeover asap, I am offering to pay the first month's rent, as well as provide a $500 Amazon gift card for the new resident's use towards furnishing/decorating apartment. I am also willing to leave behind any furniture pieces seen in the attached photos such as the couch, bed, side table, dresser, bookshelves, TVs and stand, rugs, coffee table, and barstools, if interested.

A majority of these books were purchased off the shelf by me & have been with me for decades. I've loved putting this collection together over the years with no expectation of permanently stopping however, it has come time to sell my beloved books.

This collection of over 5000 books contains mostly Silver Age -> Current runs, ranging from early Amazing Spider-Man to DC's hit, Absolute Batman. Many short, complete runs including the original Eternals, some longer and incomplete runs (fun for the completionist!), some major classic issues and a handful of graded books. First appearances of Miles Morales, Gambit, Kitty Pryde, Punchline, The Punisher & more!

Conditions on books range from Fair to NM along with a number of CGC-graded books. If slabbing is your thing then you will be pleased as many of those older books will clean up nicely. Many older books could use a clean & press which would easily raise the grades. I continue to collect even as I'm aiming to sell, so the collection continues to grow!

This could be a great starter collection for the serious hobbyist.

I am not interested in selling individual issues or series. This is an all or nothin' situation!
