Only need one area cleaned? That’s totally fine! I also offer à la carte cleaning, so if you only need your kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, or another specific area cleaned, you can just pay for what you need.

Hello,

I work in homeless services and helping families find permanent housing after extended periods unhoused. My agency pays the families full rent, directly to the landlord, and actually signs the lease, then we sublet to the family with the landlords permission.

Is anyone aware of landlords or property management agencies that will accept individuals who can not pass a typical background check process??

We have a few that new typically work with, however, they are not a fit for all our families. We love working with private landlords and try our best to be really transparent about what we do. Usually we are looking for 2,3, or 4 bed units.

I am looking for a roommate in Fitchburg, just two blocks outside outside of the west side of Madison. I have a three bedroom duplex with 2 full baths, finished basement with a fireplace, and a fenced in backyard. There are two options:

1. just rent a bedroom for $600 a month

2. have the use of the whole house for $1100 a month, sharing the kitchen upstairs

There is a 70 pound dog and another dog can live here as well. No cats.

This will start the second week of September.

I work daily from 10-5
