Hello! I have a number of items that are in good shape and need a new home. There’s quite a lot of stuff, so I can’t list everything exhaustively, but I have lots of young children’s toys, other early child hood items, a crib (including a mattress), a treadmill and stationary bike, some small furniture. So in my neighborhood, theres an obscene amount of barking. The time of day and the weather dont matter. Theres like 3 or 4 neighbors that basically neglect their pets and it drives me mad. Ive called animal enforcement and no one ever comes. I am renting so I dont really know how the hoa works. Do they actually enforce? What can be done for my peace of mind and these poor animals welfare?
