From Simon's newest newsletter:

• meggandmogg.com is now selling original art. Simon knows that a lot of the stuff is expensive (and that it makes him "feel like a cunt"), but says it's what the market dictates. Still, he says more is on the way and that there will always be stuff from "share-house miscreants to posh tech-fuckers".
• Is on the verge of a life-changing work announcement (likely the TV stuff he's been at for a few years now). He's got a few pitches in store on top of the project he's been working on. Knows that this distracts from making comics, but he's really committed to providing for his family.
• Has been rethinking his decision to put You Will Own Nothing and You Will Be Happy on hiatus and decided to "cut out a bunch of fat" and end it with one big final chapter. Implies it might be released as a collection with the other four issues, but promises he'll get around to it instead of leaving fans hanging.
• As for Megg's Coven, the decision to prioritize YWONAYWBH and his TV work has pushed Coven back further, but he has got a notebook to start the initial drafting. Progress!

Well, I'm glad to see he's at least got plans to finish YWONAYWBH and that he's still committed to making Megg's Coven. I do hope the TV stuff works out. Simon's been grinding at this shit for years.
