Need recommendations on some good book related to Perimenopause

Hey everyone, I have been reading a lot of books on perimenopause, and watching content online to understand and figure out what will help me with these sleepless nights, and extreme fatigue associated with perimenopause.. can someone recomend a good book that sort of helped them during this phase and actually gave some info on how to sort the problems we face during this phase? For some reason the doctors are a bit dismissive when you speak of such issues 😢. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Perimenopause Hair

Hey community!

I used to have super soft, silky, shiny hair! I haven’t changed my routine but my hair feels dry and more and more like straw every day. It tangles easily and is falling out in fistfuls. I understand the hormones in my body are adjusting and changing. What hair care products have you used with success during this midlife change? Any and all recommendations welcome!

What kind of holiday do you enjoy now? My tastes have changed...

I used to thrive on overseas holidays and experiencing a different culture. Now I find that stressful! I've noticed my husband is also stressed and his tone of voice in that moments is so triggering. I just don't like stress. So no to Japan, Europe (long flights from Australia) and yes to camping with friends who have kids the same age, girls weekends, local or 1hr flight locations that are familiar but with activities for my 15yr old and 12 yr olds to do....
