Tips about sex

Good day.

Ask ko lang ano mga tips nyo para mapatagal ang sex? Also, napansin ko na mabilis lumambot kapag penetration na and mabilis labasan.

I'm not sure if considered na as ED ang problem ko and I'm not sure where to consult. I'm in my early 30s and I want to enjoy it habang kaya pa.

madalas akong high blood and I'm getting concerned

hello. idk if this is the right subreddit for this pero i really need to let this out.

I've (18M) been getting concerned with my blood pressure. Whenever na kinukuhanan ako ng blood pressure, palaging comment nila sakin is highblood raw ako. At first, I just think na dahil sa anticipatory anxiety ko yun like nasa pila ako and kakabahan ako. I got my blood pressure checked ulit yesterday for preparation with our university's enrollment and tbh hindi ako kinabahan that time pero my blood pressure is 140/90 raw. I swear di ako kinakabahan that time and I don't feel any discomfort. I'm not fat naman po. I'm 52 kg and 167cm

Ngayon, very concerned na ako with my blood pressure and idk if that's normal pa rin ba

Segmented Sleep (4hrs - 4hrs sleep sched)

Some friends told me na it's not a good idea since it affects your REM cycle pero some athletes like Cristiano Ronaldo follow this routine kase (five separate 90-minute naps throughout a 24-hour period). Since gymrat ako, I'm wondering how segmented sleep can affect muscle growth and recovery.
