Recently bought an upright convertible freezer, am I supposed to remove these? My guess is yes, but I don’t want to mess up anything. I mean they are glued together.

I’ve had this Midea 5000 btu air conditioner for two weeks. I’ve had window ac’s in the past and don’t recall them being this loud. Also the air that it blows is never super cold. Thinking of returning it and getting a GE or Frigidaire instead.
