Hello mga mamsh! I'm a first-time mom to a 2-month-old . Medyo nakaka-challenge na lalo ngayon kasi halos ako lang din naman ang nag-aalaga mag-hapon habang si partner ay busy sa main at part time work.
Sila ba talaga yung grabe lumaban sa antok sa
stage na 'to? Sobrang hirap nya i-settle lately, feeling ko nga nagiging overtired na sya kaya lalong umiiyak bago makatulog.
Pwede po ba makahingi ng tips o routine nyo?
Paano nyo pinapatulog si baby tuwing:
• Umaga: Paano kapag medyo maingay sa bahay?
• Hapon: Kumakapit ba kayo sa contact naps o
may technique kayo para mailapag sa crib?
• Gabi: Ano ang bedtime routine nyo para alam
nyang sleep time na talaga?
Baka may ma-share kayong tricks tungkol sa wake
windows o sleep cues na nag-work sa inyo. Medyo nakakapagod pero kakayanin!

Hello mga ka-nanay, meron ba kayong alam kung san makakahanap ng legit Aptamil here in the Ph? Nagtry na kami magwean ng baby ko. Hindi sya dumedede sa bote (yes kahit yun pump ko hindi nya iniinom pag nasa bote) at ready to drink milks lang ang iniinom nya (paminsan). Yun mga available ready to drink milks dito sa pinas ay for 3+. Aptamil lang ang meron for 1+ pero walang akong supply na makita dito. Need your help mga co-mommies. Gusto ko na magstop ng EBF for my own mental health. My baby is turning 2 pa lang so kahit yun 3+ magiintay pa kami ng matagal para pwede sakanya.
My kid’s surviving off snacks in the day and only eats proper meals at night. Also all of a sudden para siyang wrestler na gusto islaman palagi 🤦🏽♀️
He likes to hit people’s faces now too so discipline mode talaga.
And totoo pala, his favorite word now is NO. Naturuan naman mag-yes pero lahat ang sagot NO 😭😂

I'm a FTM po and ung hubby ko sya ung provider samin but nagi-guilty ako kapag may mga bagay na hindi nabibili sa baby namin 😢 Want ko na talaga makahelp sa kanya. Not goods kami ng mom ko and mom nya so wala mapagiiwanan sa baby. I have laptop po pero very outdated and ma lag. Sana po mahelp nyo ko, i'm college undergrad po pala. Thank you huhu.

I’m currently pregnant, early in my second trimester. As my mom and I were talking tonight, out of nowhere she commented… “Lalaki siguro ulit magiging anak mo, kasi pumanget ka na.” And then after a few minutes said again…”Lumalapad na yung likod mo,” then calls to my aunt in the kitchen just to validate her comment.. “Diba noh \*insert my aunt’s name here\* ang lapad na ng likod nya noh?”
I just had a baby a little over a year ago, and I’m obviously currently pregnant with my next one. So idk why she would say that to me. This is not the first time too, right after I just literally gave birth with my first, she told me how fat I have gotten 😭 My hormones were everywhere, I was still bleeding from giving birth, I have no sleep and still struggling breastfeeding… and she would comment on how fat I look. I don’t understand if this is a filipino mom thing to do, like is this normal or is it just my mom?
I normally have a tough skin, but these comments since I had my baby and now being pregnant again really hurts me. Not sure if me being pregnant makes me more sensitive than usual but it really stings.
