Was the AI developed by From Software?

Jokes aside, the game is completely broken and it's just not fun to play anymore. I got promoted to MotoGP class but it feels like I'm still riding with my Moto2 bike from last season.

I gain all the time on the braking and then I lose twice as much on every straight.

(I'm playing with the Adaptive AI, which was fine on the other classes)

Time to change? Motogp 24 or 26?

I have been playing almost all of the MotoGP games to date(even sbk 22,but we don’t talk about sbk 22..) I have been playing MotoGP 24 for around 400h at this point. A big reason for that is that I find the ai enjoyable to race against (most of the time). I prefer to play in helmet cam but I find the ai to be too erratic to consistently race cleanly against. I don’t really care about realistic physics, to feel authentic sure. But what is most important to me is having ai that I can race against cleanly (or as clean as possible) ai that have awareness of player positions on the track and don’t constantly ram in to me(ala 25). To make a long story short, is it worth to upgrade to MotoGP 26 from 24?

Motogp 26 mods

Hello everyone!

I am looking for someone that either has or can make a Repsol Honda mod for motoGP 26! I am currently playing via Biker’s Motogp mod launcher.

If you think you can make this hit me up!

Can't decide on a game!

Hi, I can't decide what motogp game to purchase. There's all the official MotoGP games from the start to 25. Then there's the Ride Series which is known for it's extremely tough controls. And a few other titles which I don't find realistic enough so I'm not interested in those. Then there's Rims Racing, Trackday R, TT Isle of Man, Valentino Rossi The Game and so on.

What am I looking for?

Realistic Physics

Single and Online Play

The game that's still active and gets updates

I love racing bikes. But the sound and the looks, I've zero knowledge about bikes whatsoever. But I really obsess over realistic driving and riding physics when it comes to games. And I don't care how hard the game is like Ride 4, I can learn, and I can compete.

I have a very low budget, and I have a potato PC so I don't think I'll be able to enjoy any game made after the year 2021.

Please help me decide which game I should go for. I'm sorry if I sound too specific and demanding.

MotoGP19 as first game. Don't know anything about racing. Any tips? I assume ignorance about turning is the main setback. Redbull Rookie GP

Quick question: why are we threatened with a ban for posting a youtube link? Moderator please explain.

Anyway, This is my first racing game that I'm actually interested in playing. I don't know anything about racing or bikes. Can you give me any tips? I attached a video for reference. First few seconds of the video shows my bike setup, which should have minimalistic changes to stock. This is for the RedBull rookie GP.

Personally, I'm assuming ignorance about turning is the main issue. So how does one go about a turn? I use 100% of the break during the straight, leaning into the turn, and also while turning if my speed is more than like 60 km/h. When i feel the bike speed is perhaps 60km/h, i might reduce the strength of the breaking since I've heard it would lockup and cause the bike to fall over. Any advice about this part?

What about the throttle, should I alsways have my finger on the throttle but simply apply the break ontop of that while turning? Should the sum of throttle % and break % always be 100%? So like 80% but have my finger on 20% throttle? Or what? Should I ever throttle while turning? Throttle to gain speed or throttle to maintain turn speed?

I'm posting this now so I can hopefully wake up to replies, but i think im going to look at generic (non-bike specific) racing tips about apex and throttles/acceleration. I hope I gain something. But if its a waste of time, let me know lol.

And most importatly, if you watched the video, is this something theory can fix or is this just a skill issue? Is it impossible to improve? I am a M&K player, and struggle with controller accuracy. I have attached some joystick extenders to the L-thumb stick to give it more range. But I feel a racing wheel would be better lol.

Is this on me?

Whenever I exit the pits, I take the apex and hit it to build up my speed. Is this result of me being ignorant or him making an unexpected move?

MotoGP 22 vs 24 for singleplayer experience?

So MotoGP 22 is 299 INR and MotoGP 24 is 499 INR in the Steam sale. I'm not that big into multiplayer (though I might drag a friend of mine to buy it if a coop with just us two with AI is possible) so I'm primarily looking for singleplayer experience, career mode and stuff.

Which would be the better pick?

is MotoGP 25 or 24 a good upgrade over MotoGP 23

Hello All,

I own MotoGP 23 with about 60-70 hours in it till now.

I was wondering if MotoGP 25 or 24 would be a good upgrade over it.

MotoGP 23 is good game but has its problems, like the bike standing up while accelerating out of corner, etc.

I mostly play the career mode.

Any other version of MotoGP is also welcomed. I prefer the sim experience over the arcade like experience.

Thanks.

AI suddenly faster in the race? (115% difficulty) (PS5)

so, I started my season in MotoGP after getting the championship in moto3 and Moto2, signed with Honda LCR and got straight to Q2 to then qualify P6, after a difficult start I found myself in P19, and after that I had Aldeguer fighting me like if we were fighting for the championship, I was pushing my heart out to fight Aldeguer and used many flashbacks (that's how fast I was going) to then finish like P17, so out of the points.

the AI was way faster than me exiting the corner and I couldn't keep up.

has anyone had this problem already? how did you fix it? thank you

Noob: the game feels impossible (MotoGP 09/10)

This whole thing might sound kind of silly, but I am just being completely honest and open. I suck at this.

For context I have an Xbox360, and I use Xbox One controllers (genuinely just working with what i’ve got 🤷)

I recently bought MotoGP 09/10. I really, really want to play this game, and this was one of my limited options.

The game just simply feels impossible. I can’t tell the difference between 125/250/500CC because I literally can’t stay on track for longer than twenty seconds anyways. I have to admit, I’m not too handy on a controller, but it’s not like it’s my first time touching one. I’ve had this console my whole life.

I only have a Forza 4 disc to compare with (racing games). I’m pretty shit at it, but I can complete a race without bumping into anything at least, and I can beat my friends

I’ve looked into the controls, they don’t make much sense to me, despite knowing the terms irl… I don’t even know what I’m supposed to do to not wheelie, I just tried tucking.

From what I can see all have is brake, rear brake, gas, and tuck. All the other buttons are gestures and emotes. Am i supposed to gently caress the joystick? Flick it? I don’t want to be a pro, I just want to play
