r/Moxie

I found bottles in an Italian market yesterday and figured I had to try! I've heard so many comments over the years about how divisive Moxie is and people either love it or hate it. They talk about it being medicinal tasting and having some bitterness.

I'll be honest, I was hesitant and was expecting to dislike it.

But, I thoroughly enjoyed it! I don't really understand all of seemingly vague negative reputation. I mean, if you've had sarsaparilla and smaller company root/birch beers, the flavor of Moxie is not a huge surprise. I suppose if all you've ever had was Coke or Pepsi, then yes it would be very different.

I don't know, I liked it very much!

Does anyone know where I can buy a case of bottles? The nice lady at the moxie museum at the union fair would only let me buy them as singles.
