Boromir Fun?

Hey all, I've been really interested in making a Boromir deck for a while because I have a really interesting deck concept that I think could make a fun Bracket 2-3 deck. I want to mass cheapen all players spells so that I can trigger Boromir's ability. I'd defenitely need some hexproof ect, but I think it could work. I'm definitely gonna be on a budget here, but as he's a relatively nieche commander, I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas of what cards would work well with him.

Help me build an Elenda the dusk rose commander deck

Hey so I really love this card, Elenda the dusk rose and I’d love to make a vampire deck centered around it but I’m new to MTG and don’t know much about anything. So I’d really like some help with this!
I’m open to any ideas and I’m looking for something not too expensive and rather fun to play than just a deck that’ll guarantee a win every time.
Thanks in advance!

the Tortoise and the Hare Apparent

After months of testing I have finally found a way to make hare apparent viable in pauper!!

Using as many creatures as possible and winding way you can out preasure your oppenent with a wild amount of hares, and if your opponent dosent remove your soul sisters you will gain enough health advantage to draw infinite hares!

The deck deals with blue extremely well due to the uselessness of countering hare apparent when there are 20 in the deck.

On MTGgoldfish I have made notes to the alternative cards that could be included in the sideboard to improve certain match-ups I am very happy to hear new solutions to the holes that can be poked in this deck as i think it has potential.
