First time using Mulebuy, is this normal?

Cheapest shipping option is 116$ while the rest is 300$+ for 1 pair of boots worth 189$ to United States.

This can’t be right? Am I doing something wrong or do I really have to spend the 116$?

Submit the parcel Error

When im trying to submit the parcel and pay for the shipping, a chinese message shows up and doesnt let me proceed to the payment.
Does anyone knows whats the problem or how to fix it?
