Let me know what you think!
This is me, circa 1992. College started and a year later I could pull my bangs back into a pony tail. Looks like I started on the back early. This was Xmas morning (this the robe - a family tradition) and it generates lots of debates. Many say mullet. Many do not. I want to settle this once and for all.
Mullet? Or no?
The crown was going so it’s time to say goodbye to the mullet, it’s been a good ride boys, carry the torch for me.
First mullet. I’ve been cutting it myself so far. Should I keep going? Any changes that would look better?
So basically a couple years back I had super long curls where I had a decent mullet now I’ve just kept it as a short mullet kind of vibe
First photo is me, other photos are pics I found online that I've used as references for barbers.
I've been trying to give the mullet a try. I'm not a huge fan of super shaved sides as the first time a barber took it all the way back and it looked a bit like a mohawk. I want to like it but not sure it fits my face. I'm thinking if I do some blonde bits it might pull the look together better. What do y'all think?
Got started with a (vacation) skullet.
Im a 48m, basically I have a bit of dilemma. Back in may went to my usual hairdresser, I pretty particularly about my hairdresser and when I find someone who does a good job give me what I want I stick them. In may I for usual low tapper fade as I was going to a wedding, the guy who does my quite young and enthusiastic, and half way through he said you what you could really pull off a mullet, your hair is well suited and it, I nearly said go for it but as I was going to a wedding I maybe not and went for the usual taper instead, and said next time maybe. Now I'm about to go for my another haircut. And I started thinking of going for the mullet but then I started thinking am I too old, I worried it's a young mans cut. Tbh I don't look my age and people refuse to believe I'm 48 but I'm always scared of looking like mutton dressed as lamb, i mean I have the occasional grey when you get to my age who doesn't. Anyway perspectives would be appreciated. Thanks
Yo my hair feels crazy, my family says to go back to short hair so I scheduled an appointment Tuesday. Should I actually go short again or have this pricey barber actually fix my mullet and what should I ask? Make it shorter not stick out the sides as much, fade on sides or what idek. Here’s a bunch of random pics from all my other styles throughout the years, first one is most current ig
Hey all, I’m thinking about growing a skullet. As the title says, I am 45. I am also balding quite a bit. However, I am considering growing a skullet or something like a North Side Fade/Eclipse Fade. Crazy idea? To those who did this before: how were the reactions? Did you stand your ground?
Not sure if people were trolling and i cannot edit my post, but so many ppl commented that it wasnt a mullet and so heres my post to prove them wrong🙂↕️
I had a bowl cut/shaved sides mullet and its now grown out to my natural wavy hair lmao but its still a very obvious magnificent mullet🌱
