My Experience with CNShopper

I’ve got 3 items in the warehouse and 3 more items coming in and I must say

This might be the best agent I’ve used. I’ve took a lot at the shipping rates and they are cheaper than all agents and the coupons you get make them even better.

This is also an agent that has active discord and runs giveaways which is rare nowadays and the customer support is top notch as they respond quickly and with detail.

They also show you the whole weighing process and show you a picture of the packaging too so you know you didn’t get scammed.

I can’t wait to use CnShopper more and can’t wait for my items to come in!

What can I do if the tracking says: Returned to Sender ?

What does it mean if my Package says in the tracking update: Returned To Sender ? I am trying to contact Customer Service at CNShopper but they don't answer., they never answer. What can I do or does returned to sender mean my package is going back to the CNShopper Warehouse ? I don't get it. First time using CNShopper.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE: EMS SUSPENSION & EU CUSTOMS CHANGES

EMS Line Temporarily Suspended

Effective immediately, the EMS shipping line will enter a maintenance period and will be temporarily unavailable.

📦 Service is expected to resume in July 2026. The exact relaunch date will be announced separately.

EU Customs Update (Effective July 1, 2026)

The EU will remove the €150 duty-free threshold for imported parcels.

Under the new policy, customs authorities may charge €3 per product category within a parcel.

To reduce the impact on our customers, CNshopper will subsidize the additional costs and charge:

💙 Only €3 per parcel

  • No limit on the number of product categories
  • The €3 fee will be included directly in your shipping cost
  • No separate customs payment required

1 category = €3

2 categories = €3

5+ categories = €3

📢 This subsidy policy is effective immediately. If any changes are made in the future, we will provide advance notice.
