I never realized house hunting could be this difficult.

I've been looking for a decent semi-furnished 1 BHK in or around Vijayanagar 4th Stage (within a 3–4 km radius) with a security deposit of less than ₹50,000.

So far, I've tried 99acres, OLX, and even spent time riding around the area looking for "To-Let" boards. Unfortunately, most listings seem to be posted by agents who charge hefty brokerage fees and, in many cases, aren't even willing to show the property before asking for a commitment.

It's been quite exhausting, so I'm hoping someone here might be able to help.

If you know of any available properties or have any leads, I'd greatly appreciate it.
