₹1.6 Lakh Hostel Fees But Rooms Given to NCC Camp During Vacations? Students’ सामान Still Inside at NIMS University
We paid around ₹1.60 lakh yearly hostel fees for rooms in Larimar Hostel at NIMS University.
Now during 50-day vacations, many students went home leaving their luggage, documents, clothes, electronics and personal belongings inside locked rooms.
Suddenly students got to know that hostel rooms may be used for NCC camp students during holidays — while original students’ belongings are STILL inside the rooms.
On top of that, an MBA student secretly recorded a video where a hostel warden allegedly entered his room, switched off AC/lights and threatened him to vacate the room.
If students have paid for the entire year:
Who takes responsibility if something gets stolen or damaged?
Why are students being pressured to vacate rooms they already paid for?
Is this even allowed without consent or written notice?
Students and parents spend lakhs for “secure hostel facilities”, not for this kind of uncertainty and pressure.
Video attached.
Would appreciate if this gets attention.
