Bank Of Baroda: Upto 80% funding : 7.20% ownwards. Good roi discount for homebuyers. OD facility available from Day 1.
HDFC Bank: 85%-88%% loan on property value (Under-Construction +Resale) :7.15% onwards subject to insurance and approval.
ICICI Bank : 80% funding (Under-Construction +, Resale) : 7.30% ownwards. Rate is subject to approval with insurance. OD facility available for underconstruction
HSBC bank: 75% funding (Select listed Underconstruction +Resale). Good offers available for transactions above 3CR. Very good for NRIs and HNIs. Other borrower benefits. Dedicated team to Handle transactions above 15cr.
Federal Bank: 7.35% ownwards for both underconstruction and resale cases. Good for applicants with lower cibil
