Does anyone have Casa Thomas old recipes? I am dying for their refried beans, rice, and the chili they put on top of the cheese enchiladas. Had I known they were closing (I asked if they were closing the last few times I went, of course because we all heard the rumers... they assured me they were not closing) I genuinely would have stocked my deep freeze with beans if I had known...
Will probably be moving here within the next few months. Family owns the unit so no flexibility with regards to location. Anything to be aware of in the surrounding area? Noise levels? Is it safe to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, etc?
