Environment Services positions?

I’m trying to help my husband, find his next long-term opportunity.
He’s dependable, hardworking, and has years of experience in Environmental Services (EVS), keeping hospitals and facilities clean, safe, and running smoothly. He’s also experienced with floor care, sanitation, waste removal, patient/public areas, and working as part of a team. He’s the kind of employee who shows up, works hard, and stays with a company.
We’re looking for full-time employment in the Nashville area. Hospital EVS would be a great fit, but he’d also be interested in housekeeping, custodial work, facilities maintenance, school or university custodial positions, hotel housekeeping, warehouse sanitation, manufacturing sanitation, or any similar role with a stable company.
If your employer is hiring or you know of a great opportunity, we’d truly appreciate any leads. Thank you so much for helping a hardworking man find his next home!

Restaurant connections for a startup

Hello,

I'm an experienced Brazilian technology entrepreneur and investor. I sold my last startup to a NASDAQ listed company called Zenvia (NASDAQ: ZENV) and I'm currently trying to build a startup in Nashville (where one of my co-founders lives) focused on helping restaurants attract new diners. We have a strong team, with everyone bringing more than 20 years of professional experience. However, we're missing one key piece: no one on our team has deep connections within the local restaurant industry.

Since restaurant owners receive dozens of cold messages from startups every week, reaching out to them out of the blue doesn't seem like an effective approach (and believe me, we've tried, and it's proven to be very difficult). Because of that, we're looking to bring someone on who can fill that gap - whether as an advisor, an investor, or even a co-founder.

What would you recommend as the best way to find that person? How can I connect with someone who knows the Greater Nashville restaurant ecosystem well?

Thank you very much!

Sweetwater Sales Engineer (7 years) Looking to Move to Nashville

My wife and I are hoping to move our family to the Nashville area.

For 7+ years, I’ve been a Sales Engineer at Sweetwater in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It’s been great, but we’re ready for a change!

I am hoping to find a career that will support my family of 6. I love working in the music industry, and I’m happy to do sales if it provides.

I, also, have over a decade of experience with professional drumming and tour work. Genres ranging from jazz, metal/rock, CCM, and pop.

What type of jobs roles could I be looking into?
I trust Nashville is a much bigger world than little Indiana.

Thank you!
