Inappropriate joke
So I want some opinions, would "whats a ghost's favorite bee" "a boo-bee(boobie)" be an inappropriate joke for a middle school teacher to tell students?

My nephew goes to Paso Verde in Natomas school district and the AC has been broken in their class for 2 weeks now. It was over 90 degrees today!!!!! He is home from school and is super exhausted and nauseous from the heat again and I have had enough. Does anyone know who I can contact to fix this? My nephew said the teacher has reported it many times but no one is helping and they are all burning up in there. 2 weeks is CRAZY!!!! Do I need to march down there myself or what!!! The temps are not going down and about to just keep him home until its fixed. SMDH!!!!!!!
I would like some feedback/opinions.
Is it inappropriate for a middle school teacher to tell a group of students aged 11-13,
"Whats a ghosts favorite bee?" and the answer being
"A boo-bee" which sounds like booby. This same teacher has made the 'joke'
"Whats it called when an orphan takes a selfie?"
"A family photo"
Which I just find to be severely insensitive and highly disrespectful, especially to those who suffer from not having parents, being orphans, etc. This same teacher marks student points down if they use profanity, which, WOULD be understandable... If the staff members didn't also use profanity around the students during class, passing periods, and at lunch.
I'd love to know if I'm being overly dramatic, or if this is inappropriate behavior.
Thank you!
