[ST3 Pro] Rear Suspension Elastomer not Available / User Serviceable?

I'm in the U.S. and ordered an ST3 Pro. It hasn't even arrived yet and I'm feeling like I made a rookie mistake choosing this scooter.

The rear elastomer suspension piece (damping arm) doesn't appear to be available on the parts page. Here's the page I'm referring to:

https://naveetech.us/products/navee-st3-pro-1?variant=42628318691441

The front is available - front fork, $70 - but I don't see anything that could be the rear. It's probably pressed into the back of the deck.

Every other part or piece of this scooter that can wear out and many that can't, is both available here in the catalog, AND is a commodity that in theory can be bought elsewhere. But the elastomer bushings are the one proprietary part other than the deck and steering column that is specific to this model, and no one sells this part as of today.

According to Apollo and Dualtron (and to owners of their products) these suspension parts are consumables. Obviously they're wear items. Apollo recommends 3000 km replacement as general guidance. Navee claims 200,000 cycles (plus). Which isn't bad for my use but if I should ever try to resell the scooter no one's going to want it. It's going to appear disposable.

Why would someone want to own an ST3 if the rear damping arm isn't serviceable? Maybe it's serviceable by authorized shops?

Oil leak?

Is this the suspension leaking oil?

Can it be something else and if so what?

Can't really see or feel any leaking spot on the suspension.

UT5 Max Flash Charger

I specifically bought the UT5 Max for the flash charging option, that is advertised as a feature. However I have been informed by several people that the 10amp Flash Charger doesn’t exist yet. I am annoyed if that is in fact true since I could’ve gone with a much more affordable scooter with a similar charge time as the advertised flash charger (INMOTION R1S with dual chargers).
Is this flash charger actually going to be purchasable anytime soon or did I get suckered by the promise?

The scooter itself is a wonderful machine, I’m just angry that an advertised feature isn’t actually available.

I think Navee might have stuck a used/defective kick stand on my new gt5 max

Just got this scooter new off ebay. Haven't ridden it yet. It's in perfect condition except for whatever is going on with the kick stand. It looks worn, almost as if someone manually sanded it to make it work. When I move the stand the metal bracket digs deep into the plastic cap of the stand itself, too. I feel like it will quickly deteriorate.

I'm not sure if I should request a new kick stand or if this is typical. Anyone know?
