ITBs on NB Miata
I just got a set of ITBs from Jenvey for my 2002 NB miata. I still have a couple of things I need to figure out like setting up a return style fuel rail and lines, upgrading my fuel pump, and choice of headers and exhaust.
Here is what I have planned for my set up (I already have all these parts)
ECU : Emtron Shadow 8
CAN to lambda: ELC1
Dash: Motec CDL3 and Motec shift lights
Coils: Audi VAG coil
Injectors: Bosch Green Giants 440cc
Fuel pressure regulator : Areomotive
Oil pressure and temp combo
Fuel pressure and temp combo sensor
Bosch knock sensor
Bosch IACV
Using the OEM Cam and Crank sensor
Honeywell map sensor
Delphi IAT
Honeywell barro sensor
eBay vacuum reference box with 6 ports
The only thing I have done to the engine is mainly just valve train related: flyin Miata bronze valves and new seals. CAMs were cleaned up and reseated in the head. Coolant reroute kit from MOSS Miata.
Also I’m making my own custom engine / chassis Harness for this build. I’ve done it for some other cars so it should be too bad.
Just need a recommendation on exhaust and headers to really make the ITBs shine. Also some tips or things to look out for would also be very useful.
