Buying hydro stocks before peak monsoon?

Random thought that popped into my mind. Most hydropowers in nepal are run off river so more flow due to rain means more electricity generation, means more revenue 🤩

Is anyone else noticing NEPSE consistently drops after 2–3 PM lately?

I’ve been closely tracking the NEPSE index over the past 1–2 months, and I’ve noticed a repeating pattern. On many trading days (not every day, but quite frequently), the market tends to fall sharply between 2 PM and 3 PM, especially near the closing period.

Has anyone else observed this? What could be the reason behind this late-session selling pressure?

Is it due to profit booking, or something related to settlement or liquidity at the end of the day?

Would like to hear your thoughts.

Swapped SAHAS for CITY shares. What do you think?

I bought 10 SAHAS shares on Friday at 667 and sold them today at 655 to switch to CITY.

I am a beginner trader and would love your feedback.

How to select company for continuously investing monthly by fixed amount instead of doing SIP?

Hey guys,

I am asking for some advice. I have been constantly doing monthly SIP of 3k.

Rn, I think i can do around 8/9k monthly investment.

After looking around and listening some advice, I am thinking of doing either full secondary buying in single company or group of it, buying constantly or investing partial in SIP + rest in secondary.

Anyways, I am leaning towards first option. Could you guys give me some suggestion regarding this?
I need to know how to chose company to invest or could you guys tell me some company to invest in that approach?

Thanks!

Do you think mutual fund portfolio managers have invested their own money in it as well?

I was planning to start SIP just few thousands I can afford to loose every month and while searching the sub to find to the best mf I saw a lot of opposition towards it here lol

How can I find out if the portfolio managers have invested themselves or not?

3,00,000+ profit from IPO in past 2-3 months + 1 secondary gamble

I posted half of it already. This is update on rest of stocks. This is my family IPO portfolio. But i am the only one investing and taking the profits as well. I missed profits maximum on many of the stocks but its whatever.

For secondary trade, i took the gamble. Took up waited for swing. Just below the support level and just sold next day after it closed on 700+ high. In after noon. I invested my money from IPO for HRL Himalayan re insurance limited. Hey, profit is profit. Even posted the update in my previous update.

I learned a lot throughout my journey. Support, resistance, high low, peak, 52 week, moving average, patterns, bearish, bullish, fundamental analysis, bit of technical analysis demand supply, price history, broker holdings, announcement impact, BS , profit loss, cash flow, eps, profit, swings, momentum, volatility, changing floor, pe, outstanding shares, and many more.

There are also alloted of 20 units of sopan, yambling 10 amd kalanga 10. Out of mu family, my dad foreign employment quota. He isn't very educated. I control his a well.

A beginning of a long journey towards financial freedom.

Also learning hard skills along with it.
