UPDATE: Attempted a save rollback to pre-update state to try a fresh install. Game will currently not launch again, so we’re at a standstill for the moment. Will update when we get more info.

What we know:
- Issue seems to be affecting all Nitrado locations across North America and Europe. Possibly other locations.
- Issue is impacting various maps
- Mods do not seem to be a plausible culprit, as Arks with and without mods are affected.

Apologies if this has been asked recently since the new Tides of Fortune Gen 1 update- I can’t seem to find many commenting on the issue, and those that do don’t seem to have an answer.

Our Nitrado map has been stuck at 1100 latency since the update rolled out. We’ve tried adjusting the mods (what we can without losing massive amounts of resources, but we’ll fix that if necessary), tried multiple stop, starts, and resets, all to no avail.

Is there a known issue for this? Or a known fix?

So I'd like to raise people's attention to the fact that nitrado explicitly says they host London servers, but they just migrate your server to Frankfurt if you are from the UK. This is completely illegal, and I'd like people to be drawn to this because they have a monopoly on servers, so, yh, more competition + lower prices and better services because people are competing to take your money. but that's beside the point i have a nitrado server that should be hosted in London with a 13 ms ping, but instead I get 43 ms in Frankfurt. But because of the new update, the machine I use, Nitrado, has overloaded and now I'm paying for a server with a 500ms ping, which is unplayable. Also, regarding them selling me a product that says 'London' but is actually 'Frankfurt', it is entirely illegal in the UK under two legalities: 1. 1. Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Digital Content & Services) 2. Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCCA). so my recommendation is to revolt against another and claim back your money and allow for a better service to pop up
