Hi everyone!
I’m an Amazfit user and I’ve been looking for a way to control my Nuki Smart Lock directly from my watch.

On Garmin, there’s a third-party app called MagicKey for Nuki that uses the official Nuki Web API to lock, unlock and unlatch the door directly from the watch. Unfortunately, I haven’t found anything similar for Zepp OS.

As far as I know, Zepp OS supports HTTP requests, and Nuki provides a public API, so it seems technically possible to build an app like this.
I’d love to have something simple, for example:
•Lock / Unlock / Unlatch
•Display the current lock status
•Support multiple Nuki locks
•Optional PIN or confirmation before unlocking
•A complication or quick shortcut

Is anyone else interested in this?
If there are any Zepp OS developers here, I’d be happy to help with testing. I think this could be a really useful app for many Amazfit users who use Nuki or Home Assistant.

Moin, immer wenn es im Sommer heiß wird, dann wird das Klebeband weich, mit dem ich das Nuki SmartLock an die Tür geklebt habe. Dann löst es sich peu a peu ab.
Hat jemand eine Idee, wie ich das verhindern kann?

Hi everyone,

I really need your help because I’m losing my mind with my setup. I’ve had the latest generation Nuki Smart Lock Pro and the Keypad 2.0 (with Fingerprint/NFC) for about 4 months now.

For the repeated time since buying it, the connection between the Keypad and the lock just completely dropped. Usually, I have my phone on me and can just bypass it via the app, but this time I wasn't so lucky. No phone, no Keypad access. I literally had to climb through an open window with the help of my neighbor.

The Symptoms:

When I put my finger on the scanner or enter my security code, the LEDs on the keypad just light up/animation runs from left to right – but absolutely nothing happens at the lock.

What I’ve tried so far:

Replaced the Keypad: I initially thought it was a faulty Keypad, so it has already been replaced once. The issue persists, so I'm starting to think the Bluetooth module in the Nuki lock itself might be defective.

App & Factory Resets: Deleted the lock from the app, factory reset it, and paired it from scratch multiple times.

Calibration & Firmware: Recalibrated the lock and made sure both devices are running the absolute latest firmware.

The Setup:

The distance between the lock and the keypad is maybe 50 cm (less than 2 feet), only separated by a standard front door. The Bluetooth signal should be flawless.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue where the Nuki lock just randomly "forgets" the Keypad? Any advice on how to fix this permanently?

TL;DR: Latest gen Nuki Pro keeps losing connection to Keypad 2.0 (Keypad already replaced once). LEDs flash from left to right, but door won't open. Got locked out and had to climb through a window. Any ideas?
