Legit Check on Cloudmonsters

Hi guys,

I bought these off Vinted as my first pair of ON Running shoes.

I’m sceptical with the price I paid and if these are legit. I have noticed the lace tips are present on one shoe but not the other and the label is peeling away from the left shoe (there isn’t a label on the right shoe)

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

I got sponsorship with ONRUN

They give me 250Euro gift Card, but i dont know which shoes should I buy?

My main priority is that my feet need to feel comfortable, as I’m usually on my feet all day; another is that the shoes need to be breathable, as my feet sweat easily. I’d be grateful if you could help me with this.

Thank you.

I am planning on buying new running shoes. Sometimes when I run, the sole of my feet starting hurting and I can’t run for long. I am looking for shoes that make it easier to run.

I am considering the following shoes (I am leaning to CloudMonsters). Please let me know which shoes are best, even if your suggestions are not from the list below :

CloudMonsters

CloudRunners

CloudSurfer

CloudSwift

CloudTilt

Had to modify the sole

parts of the sole have disintegrated and were very brittle and hard - thereby slippery on some floors. so I cut away the remaining parts. the shoes are a few years old now (I think I bought them around 2019 or something). the rest of the shoes are in good shape.

What ON shoe should i get?

HI, i was looking at some On shoes the other day and i was quite tempted to get one. However, most of their shoes are apparently too stiff and I do like a soft ride. What shoe should i get for my daily runs?

Cloud Roger Pro 3

Has anyone tried Roger Pro 3 for walking/lifestyle? I kinda like how it looks, but not sure if it's okay for walking 10k steps. 🫣

ON Cloudtilt Sizing

Hey there I’m looking at buying a pair of Cloudtilts and am wondering how they run size wise. I’m all over the place in shoe sizes. I have a pair of Cloudnova in a 9.5. I wear a 9.5 in Hokas but a 10 in Nike and brooks. Any help would appreciated!

Shoe selection

I'm travelling to Japan, and first thing I want to do upon landing is to buy a pair of On shoes for insane walking everyday. Post trip, primarily to basically live in it daily (office/errands etc). I'm really confused among the many options. My top picks aesthetically are:

  1. CloudZone Moon
  2. Cloudtilt OG / Moon

Maybe the cloudnova?

Please help! Which shoe do your recommend for a woman on her feet? I do have slightly broader feet than avg (bunions).

New cloudtilts!

New cloudtilts to replace my old cloud 5s, which has been a daily sneaker for 3 years and is starting to show its age: speed laces broke, heels worn out. Chanced upon a ON shop in shinjuku (atmos) which were selling cloudtilts for ¥21000 tax free, which is far cheaper than back home in singapore. Loads of folks buying too. Definitely an upgrade for my daily use: i walk and stand alot for work and use it for the gym (mostly resistance training, occasional cardio). Would recommend anyone going to Japan to have a look given the good prices

Anyone else heard about this?

I took my Mom shopping today for a pair of On Cloud Rogers, as I’ve had mine for almost two years and love them, and wanted to get her a pair.

Employee working the shoe section in the store immediately tried to steer us clear of anything On Cloud related. Said that they’ve transitioned to an AI Quality control model while simultaneously ramping up production 60%, and were just not quality shoes anymore.

The guy also mentioned that he had a woman go through $500+ (3 pairs) worth of their shoes in three months, and she apparently only averages two miles a day.

Looking at the structure of the newest Rogers, they definitely don’t look the same, but I wasn’t sure if anyone else had heard of the general quality going down in the last year or so…

Tried my first pair of OnClouds, weirdly uncomfortable

Got my very first pair of not only OnClouds, but also running shoes. After an hour of walking in them found that my heels were hurting. Is this normal? There is a dip from heel to toe. Any thoughts, advice?

These are CloudBoom Max, last season (2025).

Can someone help me identify if these are fake?

Just bought these on Vinted for £55. Seller immediately accepted my offer on the listing at £70.

I didn't know shoes can be faked until I showed my partner, who warned me by asking if they were real. Anyone have the experience to identify if these are legit? White cloudtilt.

Quality Control Issue and Can’t Warranty

I have had my pair of On Cloud 6s for less than 9 months and this month (May) the heel collapsed completely on the right sneaker. I was advised to try and get a warranty claim done through On’s site by the authorized retailer I purchased from and also by a local shoe repair shop who said “it shouldn’t have happened.”

When I went online to try and get a claim started with On, I was frustrated to see I can’t go through with it because I don’t have a receipt. Has anyone else had success taking other avenues when trying to get warranty claim started with On? I loved the shoes until the heel blew, and I just want the pair replaced for poor QC.

Any advice on what to do as far as getting a replacement sneaker by On would be much appreciated!

Cloud 6’s causing bruising on the top of my feet. What’s the deal?

I don’t tie the shoes very tight at all. I’ve been breaking them in for weeks and I still get bruises on the top of my feet when wearing them for a while (3+ miles indoors). I’m not running just walking and causal life stuff. They also caused general foot pain when I started wearing them. It’s better now but not perfect. I’m way more comfortable in my Tevas sandals or even doc martens.

It’s an PITA because they were expensive and of course I can’t return them because of their policy. What gives? Any advice?

First pair

I’ve heard a lot about these branded shoes, and now that I’ve got a pair, I can confirm they’re real. They’re definitely the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn along with Hoka Bondi 9 for wide feet.

First pairs!

I wear ariat boots all day at work, usually wear OTOMIX for gym but I had to try ON after seeing everyone in them. I can say im absolutely in love and dread my work boots now.

Cloudswift 3 AD after 2 month of daily use

I used to wear Adidas cloudfoam shoes bad started to feel pain in my feet, legs and back. Bought my first pair of On shoes to check if it stands up for the hype and boy oh boy it does. The comfiest shoes I've ever worn. I usually wear shoes for minimum 10 hours a day of mixed standing walking and sitting at the office work. No more foot, legs or back pain. The only disadvantage is that the holes are a bit difficult to clean. Thinking od getting another pair, might try the cloudhorizon 2, I liked it's style.

Cloudsurfer next?

Are these good shoes for daily wear? I don’t walk a ton but I want something that’ll hold up. I have a pair of cloudpulse next which are so comfortable and now I want a second pair lol.
