Hi everyone, I bought an Oben Rorr EZ in Oct 2025 during a Dussehra offer, and the promised gold coin reward still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve followed up multiple times and haven't received any replies from their support.

I’m posting to ask if anyone else with an Oben Rorr purchase has had the same issue with delayed promotional rewards or missing offers.

I booked the Rorr evo within minutes of launching, it was launched at 2 pm and by 2:07 I had the receipt, I even paid the full amount but since then the communication is silent from Oben's side. I only booked it because people on reddit were actually happy with the company and the reviews were good. I am not questioning my decision and actually want to go for the bike but the delay in delivery and lack of communication is testing my patience
