Just filled out my intake and am anxiously awaiting approval! love that it was so easy and that I was able to choose the pharmacy and type of medication! the portal is super user friendly as well! Here’s to hoping this is a great journey!
Has anyone else had issues with shipping?
I was approved on 8/4 and went through Apothecary for my Tirz. I got an email two days later stating they had to change my pharmacy because Apothecary didn't have any 36mg vials in stock and they could ship out my order through another pharmacy the following week (8/10). I said okay and they finally shipped my order on 8/11, 2 day shipping and was expected to arrive on 8/13.
It is now Saturday, 8/15 and the FedEx website shows my package has been stuck in CT since Wednesday. I opened a ticket with FedEx and they have no answers or updates at all.
I finally reached out to Ondra yesterday and explained the situation and they offered a reshipment for next week. I have already been waiting since the week before and I don't want to receive a package with Iukewarm medicine. I asked for a refund and they issued it as requested.
Not sure is this is just a one off or if anyone else has had similar issues, but just wanted to make this out there in case anyone else has similar issues. I know this is definitely a carrier issue and not the fault of Ondra, but it definitely left me feeling a bit uneasy about ordering through them again.
As of right now, 8/15 FedEx has no idea where my package is. It's the middle of summer and I'm certain the cold packs to keep the tirz cold are melted so even if the package magically appears any time now, i doubt it would be safe to use, right?
Due to cost I am switching over from brand name Zepbound and to using a telehealth service for compounded Tirzepatide. I’m nervous about making the switch and have been looking for reputable Tele health company and reputable pharmacy. I came across Ondra health, which is a newer company but I liked their transparency and option to chose 503A/503B pharmacy. I’ve been in the fence with Boudreaux and Apothecary for pharmacy and ultimately went with apothecary due to Boudreaux backlog on shipping. What has your experience been with Ondra Health or either pharmacy?
