So yesterday I purchased new Oneplus buds 4 in sale from Amazon today it got delivered and it was old manufacturing model and buds are already used as they already have someone else name on it as they are already paired. I am outside due to some work while delivery was there my mom recieved package and records video and yeah it was open box delivery when I reached home I checked buds 4 manufacturing date was old November 2025 and second when I connect it shows someone else name as it replacement unit or someone else used earlier

Amazon decline replacement and refund as it is open box delivery I explain all the issue they said it's not in policy they don't get option of replacement in their system due to open box delivery . They said if any issue you can visit service centre as it has 10 days replacement service from Service centre

Now what to do condition of buds and box looks good and new have to test buds properly

Should I do consumer complaint?

Got other user name in bluetooth settings not in popup while pairing buds 4

My primary use is listening to Apple Music Lossless on a Mac and Pixel 10a. Sound quality is my top priority. ANC is a bonus.

Is the Nord Buds 4 Pro a noticeable upgrade in terms of sound quality, or should I skip it and look at something else in a similar budget?
