My money line pick was correct but it is marked as I lost? What should I do?

Hey all, I picked for Belgium 🇧🇪 to beat Senegal 🇸🇳 today in the World Cup. It went into extra time and Belgium ended up winning but it’s still labeled as I lost the bet. What should I do? I can’t get in touch with anybody. I’m guessing because it went into extra time maybe it confused the system or something, idk haha. But has anybody dealt with this problem before or what would you do in my situation??

Parlay hit on Two $25 Free Picks. Will I be paid out?

I made two picks that were successful from today’s game of FRA vs. SWE. Mbele one assist + Sweden Goalkeeper 5 saves. It won $157 and another parlay of Mbappe 2.5 shots on target and Sweden Goalkeeper 5 saves. In total it’s about $207 when I tried to withdraw with debit it blocked my request, I received an email about it and I cannot log back in. Any advice? Should I be worried?
