[NEGATIVE] for /u/HamCheeseMayoBread [seller]

Unfortunately, I would never do business with this seller. First time for everything. Bought a tube of silver rounds which were packed poorly and fell out of the tube and were banging around in the box. Condition of the coins even before the damage was not as described. Though the seller sent a refund (after saying he was "fine with negative feedback" and haggling over the refund), he never once said sorry or seemed to understand that he was actually obligated to take them back since damaged coins isn't what I ordered. Was doing him a favor offering to keep them at a reasonable discount.

FYI - I tried to work it out and was willing to help him understand how to pack his orders better and how to represent his inventory accurately. Had he engaged rather than saying he didn't care about negative feedback, I wouldn't have left this negative feedback.

To add some clarity to the packaging: the tube was not sealed closed, and there was one piece of torn bubble wrap which was hardly big enough to cover the tube around once. The tube was rolling around as 50% of the box lacked filler. The coins were loose and slamming into each other causing minor damage. Had nothing to do with USPS. Box was in fine condition.

I also have a video of the unboxing but won't post a public link as it has my personal information.

[POSITIVE] for /u/zenpathfinder [seller]

I can't say enough positive things about this seller! This was my fourth transaction with him. His packaging is always TOP NOTCH! Unfortunately, the package was cut open during shipment and the contents stolen. While I was freaked out, Zenpathfinder was true to his word of being responsible until delivered! He was able to determine that my package at delivery was a lot lighter than it should be and my payment was refunded! God Bless you Zenpathfinder! He is the Gold Standard! (Silver too!)

[Negative] for Few_Friend4 (seller)

I made a WTB post and they reached out without commenting on my post. They then offered to sell me a $378 coin for $78 using pictures ripped straight from someone’s eBay post lol. Posting so we can add the to the USL.

[POSITIVE] for /u/chi_town_steve [buyer]

Steve is an absolute menace and I respect the hell out of it. Dude bought a single 1g SILVER Valcambi bar, paid full price plus tracked shipping, purely for shits n giggles.

Financial efficiency: catastrophic. Commitment to the bit: legendary. Some people stack silver. Steve stacks laughs. Kudos brother.

[NEUTRAL]%20for%20/u/RoamingBear1%20[buyer]

After having some successful trades, I honored a mistaken price (much lower than it should have been) and held it for this member until the next day, at which time this member added another item, deal was done and paid for only to be asked for a refund. Member then says they made a mistake, I reluctantly gave it to the member because of our past dealings. This isn't how you do deals nor how you treat members you've done several deals with before. Felt VERY VERY one sided. Have screenshots of the exchange and don't take "neutral" feedback lightly either (hopefully the sub knows this about me). This is all for the good of the order. 🫡

[NEUTRAL] for /u/Hot_Assignment_7462 [seller]

Good communication and smooth purchase but packaging was suboptimal. Newer seller who was used to shipping tubes but I ordered under 20. Recieved a box of loose coins with minor wear. Replied back with sincere apology after shown pic.

Tried scamming my WTB post.

Offered RCM 1oz rounds at $50, since his account was "new"

Im leaving the email in chat proofs to help if he creates a new account, no physical address or anything like that. Just tried baiting him into as much info as i could

[POSITIVE] for /u/Ok_Imagination_188 [buyer]

I am writing to vouch for the honor and integrity of u/Ok_Imagination_188 as a buyer.

I did something really, hilariously stupid. I'd rather not say what it is, but to give praise where it's due, I must shame myself.

I listed a 2.5 Peso as a 2 Peso. At a 2 Peso price. And sold it to OKI.

First, I got the usual message from them. Received item, pleased with packaging, please activate bot etc. But then they followed up with this:

>I suppose it’s a Dos Y Medio btw..looks like a Dos Y medio in proof as well after checking again..not sure if you noticed that!

I went back and looked. And yep. It was a 2.5 Peso coin. 😳 That's like a $55 difference in value!

I confirmed that (both with them and my listing photos) and I told OKI that no, I had not intended to ship them a 2.5 Peso. Their response was this:

>Things happen, just wanted to be honest with you. Let me know what you would like to do.

Let's be clear here. The 2.5 Peso coin was what was in my proof and listing photos. Even if I described it as a 2 Peso coin, it was the coin I offered. OKI could have just kept it.

I told OKI as much. I pointed out that, if they wanted, they could still argue they paid what was agreed for what they got. Before answering their question, saying what I'd like them to do, I said that first.

Then, I told them that if they were asking what I'd consider "doing the right thing", I'd appreciate an extra $40.

And immediately they sent me $40.

I haven't told them this yet, but I'm also giving OKI free shipping for life. If it's something listed with free shipping, I'll take a bit off. That's also what I consider "doing the right thing".

Postscript: I am catching up on so much feedback I owe people, wrote this out and left it for the wrong buyer 😂 If you saw that other feedback in the two minutes it was live, and are confused now, that's why!

[POSITIVE] for /u/Acceptable_Rooster50 [buyer]

An absolute pleasure to deal with! Enjoyed the conversation and the straightforward dealing. 😊

MORESO...(!) This gentleman is a gem among men, as he received a very high value package mistakenly mislabeled and sent to him, and he notified me IMMEDIATELY, and what could have been a disastrous incident turned into a most straight forward and VERY MUCH APPRECIATED thing which was rectified and forwarded to the correct individual. This guy has my eternal gratitude. Seriously.
