My extended family of 18 is heading up to beautiful Pacific Grove this week. On Wednesday morning, we plan on visiting Point Lobos. Does anyone have any tips? I’m a little confused about how to organize the visit. Is there just one parking lot? Do we just park and hike?

We’d also like to watch the US play in the World Cup on Wednesday and were thinking about going to Carmel for dinner and the game. Any suggestions of fun places that can accommodate our party of 18?

Hello! I’llbe traveling with my boyfriend early September to Carmel / pacific grove and thinking about staying in the charming inns around the pacific grove area due to them being cheaper. However, we are from Florida and practically can’t live without AC; I’m aware that most hotels/inns don’t have and don’t require it since nights get cold. I wanted to get some advice since I hear September is the warmest month of the year and if we’ll be just fine without it :)

Also any recs for inns around pacific grove ? I’ve been looking at spindrift and gosby house!
