I’m not even doing anything that fancy either nor am I a good cook. I only use smoked paprika, onion powder, chili powder, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and Celtic sea salt and it makes any meat taste so good. I don’t even need or crave those processed sauces or seasonings to make my food taste good

made a “paleo cup of joe” this morning lol. still weird calling it that. actually tastes way more like chocolatey/roasty than I expected. I was bracing for it to be kinda earthy but it wasn’t really that at all. didn’t get that usual coffee crash an hour later which was interesting. work felt a bit smoother but could just be placebo who knows

miss real coffee tho not gonna lie. that part hasn’t changed

Make It Paleo takes any recipe and rewrites it. It does not just flag grains and dairy. It identifies every paleo conflict (refined oils, legumes, added sugars, modern additives) and rewrites the full recipe. So Make It Paleo on a teriyaki chicken would catch the soy sauce, the brown sugar, and the cornstarch in the glaze, and rewrite all three with paleo alternatives plus notes on technique.

Built this from a kosher cooking tool that was already doing deep ingredient-level logic for meat and dairy separation.
