Have made multiple tickets through the app and their website since June; left multiple voice messages on their hotline referencing my ticket number(s) and 0 response. My polar wet food feeder has been totally broken for weeks. It barely worked for 6 months. Is the company shutting down or something?
I am a new PetLibro customer and I have sent 2 messages now since 07/19 and it's now 07/23. I have a very expensive unplugged not working litter box that I'm having to manually scoop and I'd really like a response!! Is this normal for them??
Yesterday I had the option to cancel a future feeding just for the day (it looked like a little switch), but today I no longer have that option nor can I view upcoming feedings without going into the full schedule. Did they remove it from the app? (Android)
I just deep cleaned my petlibro fountain the day before yesterday and changed the filters. I went to change the water today and the white filter has black stuff on it. I have never seen this before and I have had this fountain for over a year. It’s the first filter from a new box. What is it?? Mold? Why would mold grow so fast when it hasn’t before? I am attaching pictures of the filter.
Hi all - after our wet food feeder from Petlibro went into endless spinning and connection issues after two weeks, we're constrained to try another Petlibro product (we do still have the water fountain that has been working for a year). But we're traveling for a couple of days and need to make sure our cat is fed.
Any suggestions on a dry cat food feeder? We have one cat. We're flexible with pricing. Thank you!
My orange cat seems to have found the brain cell and has found out how to open the RFID feeders that I use for my two non-diabetics. He seems to rock the feeder backwards to make the latch come undone, and then he'll pull the door up to unlock it and pull food out.
As you can imagine, diabetic cat with non-diabetic food is no good, and has become a dangerous situation for him as his glucose has skyrocketed. I've reached out to support and opened a case but is there any way to prevent him from doing this? If not are there better alternative feeders that he can't break into?

I have two RFID feeders for my young cats that like to graze, but my third fat cat keeps shoving his head in before it closes and jamming the lid, stealing all the food. I have it on the quickest close settings. Am I just out of luck?
I have tried every single thing recommended by PetLibro, all the tips and tricks I could find in this sub, and all the troubleshooting suggestions I could find online. The feeders only connect through a hotspot from a second phone.
This is ok in that it allowed me to re-tether the collars and reactivate the feeding schedule, but the problem is that the feeders only appear on the app if the phone with that particular hotspot is in the house and active. One of the cats being affected is diabetic and the other has chronic gastrointestinal issues, so not having access to the feeders through the app really negates the purpose of having the feeders
So frustrating! I’m looking for any troubleshooting suggestions that I have not already tried. Thank you 🙏🏼
After 8 months our Polar decided to stop working. The bowl simply wont stop spinning and there is no fix to this. We contacted customer support and they stated that they will be sending a replacement unit and wanted to confirm mailing address. The problem is that last email communication was over a week ago and they basically started ghosting us. Has anyone had a similar experience with their customer support? I keep sending them emails and I don’t hear back from them and we need the replacement unit ASAP.
I purchased the Petlibro Polar Wet Food Feeder, and for the first month it worked great. The cooling plate felt genuinely cold, and I had no concerns about keeping my cat's wet food fresh. However, over time I noticed it gradually stopped feeling cold. It was only slightly cool to the touch—definitely not cold enough to inspire confidence that it was safely refrigerating the food.
I contacted customer support and went through every troubleshooting step they suggested: resetting the unit, unplugging it for several minutes, cleaning the vents, and everything else. I had actually already tried all of those things multiple times before reaching out. Eventually, they sent me a replacement unit.
Unfortunately, the replacement has developed the exact same problem, except this time it happened within just three days. At this point, I'm struggling to believe this is simply bad luck or user error. I genuinely can't figure out what I could possibly be doing wrong, especially since I've followed all of the instructions and troubleshooting recommendations. It's hard for me to believe a company would release a product with such poor reliability, so I'm wondering if there's something I'm missing or if others have experienced the same issue.
Anyone else? I have the original version. I have four and all are offline suddenly today despite all other devices connecting without issue
I ordered the granary camera smart feeder 2 weeks ago on July 3rd on the Petlibro website and the order still has not shipped. I need it by July 23 which is why I ordered on the 3rd. Did not expect it to take this long to ship considering the Petlibro website says orders ship in a few business days. I’m located in Canada, the website says they ship from the Canadian Amazon warehouse. Amazon product page says this is in stock and can ship overnight. Is there a way to cancel my order from the Petlibro website? I’ve submitted a ticket earlier this week but no response. The only reason I ordered from the Petlibro website directly and not Amazon is because there was a sale going on the website but not Amazon. If I knew they would take so long to ship, I would traded the 15% off for faster shipping.
I hope this question makes sense. Essentially, does the RFID component of the tag lay flat within the container, or is the entire tag filled with hardware? The tag is a bit bulky on my two cats and I have some basic electronics experience, so I’m thinking about buying a new collar just to tinker with the components inside and place them in a flatter shell. Has anyone’s cat been able to get the RIFD tag off of the collar? He’s had it on for a few months now and then I noticed yesterday it was gone. He’s indoor only and has hip dysplasia so while he does rough play with the other cats sometimes, it’s not very often so I’m convinced he lost it that way. It just seems like he would have had to have had it stuck on something to pull it off and even then I’m concerned on why the tag came off but not the collar…😕 and the collar itself isn’t broken so it would have been the key ring that failed.
Hi! I’m struggling to adjust two of my cats to the rfid feeders. This is my current setup. One understands how it works but won’t use it she’ll just act like she has no food. The other one is wary of the lid opening and closing and doesn’t seem to understand that his food is in there or just doesn’t care and wants a regular bowl of food. I was taking the regular food bowls and putting them on the rfid reader so when they eat the lids would open and close and that got my one cat used to the lid but he still doesn’t care about the food in the bowl unless I have the lid on permanently open. I’ve been switching between having the regular bowls on the feeders and leaving the lids on the feeders completely open. Once they’re closed it’s like it doesn’t exist. I do have one cat who completely understands and uses her feeder exactly how she’s supposed to and I was hoping they’d follow suit. Any advice is appreciated! Sorry if this has already been asked.

Hi all, I'm posting because my cat is not adjusting well to her new litterbox. I have tried the vet and this seems to be just behavioral.
It's an automatic litterbox, PetLibro Luma. We were having some issues with her going outside ofnher box, and it turned out that the litter container we had for hiding her box had gotten rancid from the combination of litter and direct sunlight so I took the opportunity to get an automatic one so it would stay clean. But while we were figure out the old issue she got in a habit of peeing on our bath mat. I've used an enzyme cleaner and we now block the bathroom and I hoped the new box would work out.
After a couple of other incidents and a lot of paper towels, I just saw her go to use the box. She cried several times when she went over (she's generally very vocal so hard to say if this is abnormal), and got inside the box and peed down the front of it. I don't know if this was intentional but she has always faced the back of her litterbox... She has peed in it successfully a couple of times but not when it's a large amount and always when she's pooping as well. I'm not sure if it's too small for her (should not be the case, she's only 11lbs while the limit is 22lbs) or if it's not a good fit.
Any advice is appreciated. I'm in the return window but intimidated by sending it back.
Hi! Is anyone else having trouble with the wet food feeder? Everyday it keeps resetting and not continuing meal schedules and sometimes does not even release meals. I have updated my app to the most recent update. I have never had a problem like this before.
does anyone else with this petlibro docksmart 2 cordless fountain have the issue of white bubbles forming?
this water is like maybe a day or two old and these bubbles forming on the top and inside the fountain.
