Positive review

I have been seeing a lot of negative reviews about Petlibro products lately. It surprised me because I bought a bunch of their products without much research over a year ago and only recently found this group. I have had the corded water fountain, the polar feeder, the Granary feeder with double bowls and the wireless air feeder for over a year without any issues. They work flawlessly with my WiFi, the app, any schedules I set, etc. I recently bought the newest cordless water fountain in case my power goes out and the litterbox and those have also paired and worked well with the app and all the other products so far. It’s been really nice to have everything on one app and they make taking care of our three cats so much easier in day to day life. Just figured I’d chime in with my positive experience since I know a lot of reviews are written because of negative experiences. I cannot speak on customer service as I have not had any issues with any of the products to need to deal with them.

RFID dry food PetLibro feeder has become ultra-sensitive to RFID chip on collar, not opening consistently

Within the last month, my PetLibro automatic dry food feeder has become super sensitive if my cat’s RFID chip isn’t literally RIGHT on the pad. I’ve gotten a new collar and ring for it to try and make it closer to the pad, and that sometimes works, but it depends on how he’s sitting when he’s eating. I can’t leave it open because of another cat in our household who likes to steal food.

“open now” feature missing on pet libro feeder

I have two wet feeders. For some reason, only one has the “open now” feature and the option to make the bell sound on command. i tried to reset the device to factory settings but it still disappears when i put a schedule in. I like this function because then it allows me to open the food earlier for my kittens if they are awake and hungry. Why is this feature gone on one feeder ?

Does the Dockstream foundation track water intake accurately?

Hi guys 👋 I’ve been thinking about getting a pet water fountain and was checking out Petlibro Dockstream fountain. I saw that it can track how much water my cat drinks using a weight sensor, which sounds pretty cool. But I have 2 questions:

When cats play with the water using their paws, does that spilled water also get counted as intake?

And with warmer weather (especially when the AC is on), water evaporates faster, can the fountain exclude weight changes when a cat isn’t actually using the water?

Would love to hear what others think about this.
