Obito is such a good boy. I've owned him for almost a year now and he's such a joy to have in my life.

Ari of the seven Fleas aquired his new ship. Ship mate Wesker (white/orange) wants to try it out but Ari won't share. Creed (tabby) was in the ship with Ari at 1st but got casted over board at some point and he just rolled around high on cat nip.

Saw the ophthalmologist today and have surgery booked for early June. It’s wild to me that they cannot truly identify whether it’s cancerous until after post-op testing. But better safe than sorry, I cannot imagine life without him.

ahoy! my sun and stars had her right eye removed yesterday due to primary glaucoma - IOP of 70...

yarrrr... she's recovering well this morning, me mateys, but it's still so gut-wrenching to see. I hope I made the right decision, and could do with some advice on post-op recovery and perhaps some virtual hugs... *sad yarrr*... 💛

As the title states, Luigi had his enucleation one month ago, and he’s been pretty much unfazed. He absolutely would not wear a cone (tried three different styles) but is a pretty laid back guy, so didn’t mess with the sutures and has healed really well. Bonus photo of him sleeping while showing off his only two tiny front teeth.

This is Magnus. He does have his one eye but he’s completely blind.

Recently discovered this community and had to share my sweet girl ia!!!

My partner and I adopted her back in January when we were looking for a kitten to join our family… but one look at ia and we knew she was the one 😭 she is about three years old, and was found off the streets by the foster network we adopted her from in april ‘25. She was pregnant and had microphthalmia in her left eye (the last slide is from her foster mom last year pre-surgery.) She was permanently blind in the eye and after it started to become painful from entropion they removed it, and she’s been a lil pirate kitty ever since 🐱🏴‍☠️

Don’t let the lack of an eye fool you though this girl is CRAZY!!! Her and my first kitty Cici are constantly chasing each other around the house playing. When Cicis not wanting to play she chases US around carrying her toys in her mouth meowing for us 😭 My partner and I absolutely ADORE this cat (and as much as it pains me to say this… she is a daddy’s girl 😔) and we are so happy with how she’s fit perfectly into our lil cat family. So happy to be apart of the pirate cat fam and just wanted to share ❤️❤️❤️
