Hey, I once again come back asking if anyone is available to step in as replacements. The Jirachi team is 2-4 with -2 diff still has a chance for playoffs. The Zard-y team is 1-5 with -20 diff with no chance of playoffs. Ironically enough, they both face each other week 7 (this week)

I'm looking to run a draft league for the first time. I already have a Discord pretty much fully setup for it and 4-5 people I know from elsewhere interested in joining. I do intend for this to not be super sweaty, so I encourage those who are newer to draft leagues to apply. If I were to put it into more specific terms, ideally I'd want people who would be considered between Great Ball and Ultra Ball tier in Pokemon Champions Ranked Doubles if possible. I myself will likely not be playing as a coach unless I'm having trouble filling the remaining slots.

A few things about it for those who might be interested:
- 120 point draft; 10 Pokemon min/12 max
- Trading and Free Agency rules in effect
- Regulation M-B from Champions (with a handful of very minor tweaks)
- Megas allowed and have separate draft slots and point values from base Pokemon
- Doubles battles, best of 3 sets
- Matches can be played on Champions or Showdown (ideally be able to record your matches if playing via Champions)
- Using Drafteon for ease of organization
- 16 teams, 8 per division
- 7 weeks of regular season + Top 4 of each division in a single elim playoffs bracket
- I have team names and logos already for 16 teams for those who may need them (if players have their own/would like to create their own, they're more than welcome)

I'm really excited to announce our first event as a site that is called the Drafteon Open Tournament Series. This is a recurring event that will be hosted through Drafteon every three weeks as a casual draft league competition for those who want a bit more draft in their lives. The format and generations will rotate, but will largely consistent of a draft and a group stage with the top cut proceeding to a playoff bracket.
For this first event, the format will be Reg. M-B on Champions, played through Showdown or cartridge (as long as both participants agree).
The hope is to be able to provide draft experiences to those who might be in between leagues or looking for a league, or for those already in leagues but not wanting to commit to an additional full league.
In the future, we will also begin hosting the Drafteon Ranked Tournament Series for those feeling a bit more competitive. The idea will be largely the same, but each match will be tracked through our ELO system, and your account will begin earning ranked badges and trophies in your user profile and publicly on the site. The hope is to be able to provide a competitive, ranked ecosystem for those that are wanting some numbers to watch go up.

I've played showdown for a good while here and there and have watched various draft leagues these past few years. Since the release of champions on mobile I've been having a blast getting to MB every split and want to try draft for a first time.

I have been watching various draft leagues for the past year. I really want to commit to one myself. If anyone has any openings i would love to hear them. I have made masters each of the last regulations in champions. Highest was Masters III so I would say I’m not so bad 😅
I am a Dragonite fan and have been loyal to a fault. I am hoping some draft league time will help expand my horizons.
Right now my next two picks are sliggoo-h espathra but I plan on replacing Vaporeon because I needed a bulky water type and forgot about primarina and I might also slightly downgrade murcrow to something like illumise or Volbeat we have a minimum of nine so I need one more and also what I should possibly switch Vaporeon for (nat dex doubles so pretty much everything that's not taken is on the table)
Hi all, I wanted some advice on an upcoming draft league I'm doing with some friends.
This one is a bit unique in that we are doing an omni-ring format where 2 of the 4 gimmicks (Mega, Tera, Dynamax and Z-moves) are chosen randomly for each 2 week (iterating through all the combo's i.e. mega and tera, dynamax and z-moves) and wanted some advice since I didn't really play/watch much VGC prior to Scarlet/Violet. The playoffs rounds are also randomly decided in the same way so I need a balanced team that works with all the gimmicks. Would love some advice on general VGC good picks in this draft, good cores that work in gimmick (coalossal dragapult vibes), general cores and good value picks on the board.
It's 100 points and 10 pokemon in this draft with 12 players in standard vgc rules.

This is my first national dex doubles draft league and I'm doing it with friends for my first pick I plan on grabbing mega forstlass because I want to run some snow but beyond that I have no clue so shoot whatever you can think of because snow is a newer weather to me (we also have no bans besides some of the restricted Legends on drafteon)
