up to Christmas, I go into the casino section and play some slots and ion some super quick time I raise my money to $2000, which I was over the moon with. I was not in the best of places mentally and decided that I can use 'their' money to hit a big jackpot and so played on (like a nut job, heavy sessions, switching machines or bet amounts constantly and after an exhausting 2 weeks I decide to withdraw what in the stars account which stands at $650 and was more than the 2k I had initially won. I had withdrawn and deposittied much more than my usual amounts.

I withdrew the money, account restricted instantly. Great, email says my regular amounts were broken and wellbeing wanted to ensure i cool off, which is all fine. I have no issues other than the addiction trying to get me to play more.

Comes out of well being and Anti Fraud get hold of my account still cant deposit. Beginning to see the madness of the way I was playing slots and decide to ask for casino to be switched off for ever and agree to some deposit limits which i self impose.

Account is taking a long time to come back and i am only really getting a generic message back. I start a complaint and get a complaints officer assigned and still nothing. I have begged them and told them that the name is related to my music so important to me. They have breeched the law once once already with the timelines and they breach again going passed the 8 weeks allowed by law. I now realise this account isw never coming back, I send them the lyrics to a song almost done, and wait.

Then I get banned 3 days apart by both the Complaints officer and the Security guy. They dscide to switch me off at the OS level so my laptops fingerprint and my ip numbers are banned in cloudflare so i can even see the login screen.

Then treated with aggressive orders as to what I am allowed to and not to do (especially in live poker). They warned me they are a private club and told me that the wage slip I sent them was tempered.

Disengaged. Over 20 years a player on stars and apparently , their algorithm has found that in the future I will perform crime on their site or something.

Now here's the thing, I work within data and AI in my profession and the customer data I handle is very sensitive and I have been DBS checked, the data they day had changed was meta data, and it changed because I whatsapped it to myself from my phione. Whatsapp'd on the lapttop and saved it to the desktop and then attached it from there. That meta data is accessible by the OS.

The powers were given to them by the government to catch fraud not to play minority report. I am going to fight them and have started reporting their breeches, along with requesting a SAR from them, I told them that my SAR is a standard SAR and i expected wiithin the 30 days they are given, if they ask for an extension i will report. They replied saying i was not explicit and that I must put it all the details of what data. They listed me all the rights I have and said as far as they are concerned, the matter is closed but feel free to message them.

I responded with a list of their legal obligations, saying I reject your claim, the counter has not been reset and re-iterated the date expecting the reply.

I want to challenge their use of the private club status and show people that their algo is hallucinating on me , I will attend public space that i am member and may attempt to enter any tournament thery hoist.

I dont just want to report them I want to expose them, hiow should i do this?
